In 2021 my two daughters wanted to start a Rescue after seeing a homeless dog walking the street in a nearby town. We followed the dog and was able to lure the dog to us with food. Although nervous the dog was friendly and we were able to leash him. After brining him home and cleaning him up, we decided we had to find a home that was suitable for him. I had to explain to them that he wasn't ready for a home due to his lack of exposure, training, and confidence.  My daughters wanted to take on the task of potty training, leash walking, basic, commands and beginning to improve his confidence through new experiences daily. This ultimately led to their passion to begin rescuing, rehabilitating, and rehoming dogs.
